Story
On the 24th December 2019, we sadly said goodbye to our much loved Grandma, Nana, mother and mother-in-law, Susan Dempsey. True to her nature, she fought incredibly hard against an aggressive pancreatic cancer. She died peacefully surrounded by her family.
As you may be aware, Pancreatic Cancer is a painful and generally incurable cancer that is very hard to detect. In many cases, by the time it is diagnosed it has already spread to other parts of the body. Prognosis is often very poor.
In lieu of any floral gifts or memorials, we would ask for any support for pancreatic cancer research by making a secure online donation and by posting a message of support. Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to our charity of choice, Pancare Foundation.
