Climb for Kelly
Climb for Kelly
Story
A few years ago now Kelly and I spent a beautiful day together climbing Mt Warning.
It was the first time for both of us and we were so proud of each other when we reached the top. I'm so glad I have this photo to remember the day.
In memory of Kel I'm planning on doing the climb on Sunday 19 November.
If any of Kel's friends would like to join me you are more than welcome.
I'd also love to raise some funds for the LIVIN charity so that I can make a donation in Kelly's name.
If you would like to climb beside me please join the event, and also share with anyone that you think might want to do it as well.
If you don't want/can't climb with me on the day but you would like me to carry you in my heart up to the summit, I am more than happy to accept any donation for LIVIN.
LIVIN
LIVIN was founded in 2013 by Casey Lyons and Sam Webb in honour of their best mate Dwayne Lally with a goal to break the stigma surroundning mental health through education and awareness.
LIVIN is all about living your life at the top through connecting, supporting and encouraging one another to talk about our feelings and challenges. This awareness can be achieved through wearing the LIVIN merchandise, community engagement and the delivery of our mental health educational and stigma reduction program, LIVINWell.
All donations to LIVIN contribute towards the delivery of our LIVINWell Schools Program which is provided to high schools around Australia at no cost to the school or the students.
Our aim is to break the stigma surrounding mental health and reinforcing that It Ain't Weak to Speak.
For more information about LIVIN and the work we do, check out our website www.livin.org or visit us on socials at @livinorg.
Thanks for your support, it means a lot.
