Supporting Bush Heritage in memory and celebration of Dylan Wood
Story
We sadly lost Dylan on 31 July 2023 to a rare form of cancer, and it is our goal to continue to celebrate his life and legacy with the beautiful community he had around him.
Dylan will always be remembered as the proud father of Evie, Clara, and Raina and doting husband of Tully, a loving son of Lynne, Geoff, and Ric, and the adored brother of Konrad, Oenone, Jarrett, Aleah, Anja, and Ishka. He was an architect, a designer, an adventurer, and a banana smoothie connoiseur.
The Australian bush was a place of love and joy for Dylan. He volunteered in bush regeneration and did what he could to support conservation and sustainability. We would like to help to preserve and regenerate the Aussie bush in his memory.
If you would like to commemorate Dylan's life with a gesture, we ask you to contribute what you can to this gift we will be donating to Bush Heritage in Dylan's name.

Our reserves are managed in a similar way to national parks; the land is legally protected, with the intention of safeguarding it forever.
Today, over 34% of all Australia's mammals, as well as 55% of its birds - including many rare and threatened species - are protected on Bush Heritage's reserves and partnership properties, which safeguard millions of hectares of ecologically important land nationwide.
