Remember Jeff Akers

We have created this page in memory of our beloved husband and father Jeff Akers who went to glory on Friday 4th December 2020. Many of you know that Jeff had bladder cancer, diagnosed while we on holiday in France in 2017. 

For four years we have been sponsoring a little girl in the Philippines called Jonalyn who turned 7 in October.  

Worldwide, 385 million children live in extreme poverty. Poverty robs children of their basic rights to learn, play and grow. In its ugliest form, poverty can lead to exploitation, child labour and even death. It's unacceptable.
