Hi there!
I would like to raise awareness for the Mater Young Adult Health Centre in Memory of my mate Riley O'Grady who passed away recently from chronic renal failure.
The Mater Young Adult Health Centre provides access to specialist health clinics, professional emotional health support and confidential services for those experiencing substance use. This centre also assists 16 to 25 year olds with chronic health conditions to easily transition from paediatric services through to adult services by providing an environment that allows young adults to feel empowered and involved in decisions about their care.
I am shaving my head to raise funds for this valuable program and if i can raise my target of $2500, Riley's beautiful mum Jackie will join me in the head shave.
