Story
Hi,
We are fundraising in memory of someone very special, our mum, Enid Moore. We are raising money for a cause that was close to mum's heart, and ours. It was a passion and life's work of mum to turn her land into a sanctuary for our unique flora and fauna, a passion she passed onto us and one she loved to share with everyone. She rejoiced in all the new spring growth, every flower, every bird, every insect and every creature that chose to join us. She also grew trees for other people and helped to support Bush Heritage, and was so proud of the amazing things her donations helped to achieve. In lieu of flowers, we would love you to donate to Bush Heritage Australia. Also, please plant things in your gardens that support wildlife, then sit and enjoy it with a lovely cup of tea and remember the wonderful chats you had with mum.

Bush Heritage is a national conservation charity which protects Australia's native wildlife through a simple formula - we buy or acquire land of outstanding conservation value, and then care for it. Our reserves are managed in a similar way to national parks; the land is legally protected, with the intention of safeguarding it forever.
Today, over 34% of all Australia's mammals, as well as 55% of its birds - including many rare and threatened species - are protected on Bush Heritage's reserves and partnership properties, which safeguard millions of hectares of ecologically important land nationwide.
