Story
In loving memory of our incredible mother Penny, we ask that you please donate towards finding a cure to ending pancreatic cancer, giving those currently diagnosed a fighting chance and the support they need.
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most painful of the cancer family. While mum's fight started 14 months ago with kidney and bowel cancer, it was ultimately the pancreatic cancer that took her life.
For the last 6 months, mum was fighting this disease. She knew that she couldn't be cured but went through the pain of chemotherapy and radiation therapy just to give her a little more time with the ones she loved.
It was a hard fight but mum never gave up, right until her final moments with us. Throughout all the pain, mum still had the strength to smile and laugh. Always thinking of others, she would put a brave, beautiful face and make sure we weren't worried.
Mum always wanted to help others, so it's only fitting that a donation towards this awful disease is created in her name.
We thank you for your support.
